Made by hand

'Made by hand' is a TV show on Channel 31 airing on Wednesday nights at 8.30pm that is one of the highlights of my viewing week. Each half hour program features three different Melbourne based crafts people or organisations. It is like an audio visual version of the book Handmade in Melbourne.
If you miss the show you can watch it on the website made by hand. My favourite segments so far have been about the Tapestry Workshop, Wilkins and Kent, Nicholas Jones, Knit One Give One and Gwendolynne.
It's great to see artistic and creative people, passionate about what they do, being able to bring to life their visions and dreams.
