I am on holidays and can really spend some time doing the things I love, reading and sewing. I am in the midst of 'One Hundred Years of Solitude' by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. A fantastic read. The sewing is a bit harder to get to although I did hit the shops today with purchases at Tessuti and Clegs in the city. I have plans to make casual linen pants and cotton tops.

ReplyDeleteIt took me ages to get through One Hundred Years of Solitude - I began it at a time when I didn't have time to read much. I think of GGM's books I like Love in the Time of Cholera the most.
Hope you get lots of time to sew and read.
