Jodiericrac - Parsley & Beet

I have collected a few Jodiericrac toy patterns over the years and now with a grandchild I have a reason to use them. I'm very happy with how the Parsley & Beet elephant pattern has worked out. I used a printed cotton fabric rather than a solid colour for the toy. I think it works well. The hardest bit was making the button joints as it required pushing the extra long needle all the way through the limbs and the body. Stuffing the toy also requires patience. I found a chopstick is a very useful stuffing tool.
